Simplicity and uniqueness is the trendy lifestyle concept, which will be on display at the coming home & decoration show in Taipei. Launched by Kaigo Co., Ltd., Home & Lifestyle Fair (HLS) is scheduled from 22 to 25 October 2009 at the Taipei World Trade Center. It is the synonym for a new, more efficient kind of business meeting and is well known as a platform for communication and innovation through its unique workshop concept.
Home & Lifestyle intends to invite those supply, design, and manufacture practical, unique, chic home decorating products to create a platform with a variety of choice. The concept stems from the rise of simplicity and the shortage of natural resources. To meet the boom of LOHAS, the organizer tentatively emphasis on well-designed, practical, and environmental friendly workshops for buyers and suppliers.
In addition, escalating prices in raw materials and construction work, consumers are seeking for an option to reduce expenditure, at the same time to maintain quality living and unique home. One of the most cost effective means is DIYs. According to a market survey, the value for Taiwan’s home improvement products is nearly NTD 110 billion which offers suppliers a room for growth in terms of sales volume.
The show presents a wide range of products, covering: house ware & home décor, lamp/ lighting accessories, kitchen & bathroom accessories, small household appliances, crafts, cookware/ bake ware, outdoor & leisure goods and DIY profiles and fitting. Meanwhile, the 9th edition of the Taiwan Hardware Show (THS) will be on stage, which displays tools & accessories, locks & fittings, building materials, bathroom/kitchen & household fittings, safety equipments, and automotive supplies & accessories.
