Q: Is there a deadline for becoming an exhibitor?
A: To maximize your exposure on the HLS website and marketing materials, we recommend you reserve space early. Exhibit space is also limited to availability. If you are considering exhibiting, contact your sales representative today for exhibition opportunities.

 
Q: How do I place an ad in the HLS Event Catalogue?
A: Contact your sales representative to reserve your ad space. Ad space reservations deadline is August 1, 2009. The ad materials deadline is August 15, 2009.


 
Q: Who do I contact for the sponsorship opportunities?
A: With signage, giveaway, event sponsorships, lanyards, and more, you can stay top of mind with developers and the press throughout the HLS. For questions on sponsorship purchases, please contact your salesperson.

 
Q: How do I obtain the HLS marketing materials?
A: The HLS marketing materials include event poster, sticker, invitation, brochure and webpage. You may contact your salesperson for application.

 
Q: Can I organize a PR activity during the exhibition?
A: Exhibitors are free to hold promotion and PR activities within their own booth. However, no such conduct is allowed outside their booths.


 
Q: Who do I contact with exhibitor service questions about exhibiting and my booth?
A: Please review your Exhibitor Service Manual for the answer to most of your questions. From general expo information to booth and signage info, you will find most of your questions within the exhibitor service manual. If you have already signed a contract and have questions about exhibiting, your sponsorship or any marketing activities, please e-mail to hmchang@kaigo.com.tw Ms. Chang will assist you in getting the answers.


 
Q: Who do I contact if I did not receive my Exhibitor Service Manual (ESM)?
A: Contact your salesperson to verify the address and contact name which the ESM should be sent to.
